Customily Product Personalizer

From the day we decided to explore the Customily app integration on our Shopify store - all the way to setup and everything in-between, we have been beyond impressed. The service from Daniella and her team is top notch and everyone has been a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend this app enough. Thank you to Customily for everything you are all GREAT!!

The app was exactly what we were looking for. It took some time for our setup due to some complexities on our end, but the onboarding support was excellent. Support has been very responsive and helpful as well. The app is robust and can account for many use cases. Highly recommend!

I’m new to the app, but thanks to the Customily team, I was able to get up to speed very quickly. I've been using Customily for some time now and I'm very happy with it. The tool is really powerful and allows a high level of customization, which works great for my product.

But what stands out the most is the support. The technician assigned to me has been really involved from the start, making sure I understood the tool well so I could use it without problems. They are always there to help when I have questions or something doesn't work as expected.

I was getting pretty frustrated and couldn’t figure a function out, so I reached out, and Julieta Scarpinon helped me. She was patient with me, and even after she fixed the issue, I asked her to hang around for a few minutes so I could try it myself and make sure I understood. She stayed just in case I had any questions. She’s exactly what customer service should be thank you so much! Others should learn from her example.

Tried it for 2 weeks, wasted a lot of time. Hard to learn, clunky at best.
Pus 20 minutes to render a file, does not work if you are doing 20 + orders per day.

Updating review as the support has been very helpful in resolving issues found during setup. The app is a really great concept and the products look great. Just think, you can basically customize any product you can image in almost any way and for antipode.com this involves our users being able to print maps and/or even their own town, city or home on a phone case, poster, deskmap or pretty much anything else they can imagine. The app does involve investing some time to learn the ins and outs but this is the same as shopify itself if you want to lunch a great store. If you have any support issues that are not getting resolved then ask for Brian specifically and he will get it fixed.

I had my share of glitches and a learning curve with Customily, just like any platform, but what stood out was the human team behind it. When I raised concerns, I wasn’t talking to a bot. I was heard by real people who genuinely cared. They took every issue seriously and worked with me promptly to get everything right.
