DOOFINDER ‑ Search & Discovery

We implemented DooFinder just about two weeks ago and the results that we've seen have been more than 5x the average that DooFinder even sees. Our CTR is MUCH higher than ever before, we're converting sales more efficiently, and the search algorithms are excellent! This App has been such a new and fantastic asset to my page. Its been so great to be able to see what people are searching and have the tools to make my page work even better for my customers and drive sales higher. Qas has given the best customer service and is extremely knowledgeable on how to navigate the site as well show me how to use the site. I love apps that come with personal willing and able to answer all questions and are on your side to drive sales.

This is a really impressive app to add to a website. It is easy to set up and get running. My ROI was seen in the first 30 days. Highly recommend. But to be honest as good as the app is, it was the extra-ordinary customer service I received from a very fine person. I listen to so many app solicitations and most I ignore. I thought I didn't need the app and declined to use it for months, but Nicole helped me set it up with a trial. She is so sweet and was so patient with me, that girl deserves a raise. It's got awesome features but they vary depending on the plan. My favorite part is being able to see what people are searching for, and using the synonyms I can help my customers find what they're looking for or add that item to my site. I was skeptical at first but Santiago made the whole experience a win win. We went through all the powerful features of this app and within a month i new this was going to increase my business sales. Customizing the search to get new products recognized and making sure i always have something to offer the client when they search for anything is very powerful. Had a great experience with Peter who helped us through our 30 day trial. He was available and responsive to whatever we needed and did a great job at showing is how to use the backend of the app. In a short amount of time we have seen results that equal higher conversion rates and better search results for our customers. The customer service for this app was awesome! Qasim was very helpful on how to maneuver through the app and answered any questions or concerns professionally. I highly recommend giving this app a try.
