Being new to working with DSers for an order cancellation, I was getting frustrated with advice I was getting and accidentally found where to contact someone at DSers!! I was assisted by Esfania, a very personable as well as knowledgeable advisor to help me. I am very proud of my online store Rustic Trail Depot, and I am hoping for a very positive future for my store. Being new to retailing it was a breath of fresh air to have Esfania walk me through the process for cancelling an order between Shopify and DSers. Excellent support from Ryo. I had a question about a personalized product (custom text) that DSers cannot pass to AliExpress automatically. Ryo answered quickly and explained clearly how to place the order manually on AliExpress and link the order number in DSers. He then patiently answered every follow-up question about the tracking, my customer's phone number, the packaging and the two items from different suppliers. Clear, precise and kind. Thank you!
