Frankie was so helpful! I have spent countless hours trying to troubleshoot my issue myself. I wish I had asked for help earlier....she was fantastic to deal with super friendly, easy to understand and gave clear instructions. She helped me resolve my issue with new products added and URL not updating auto to dsers. So helpful and will definately use chat again if I face another issue and next time will reach out sooner :)
