j'ai malheureusement rencontré quelque difficulté sur Dsers, j'ai donc contacté leur service client qui m'a repondu à la minute qui suivait mon message , et je suis tombée sur ashley qui m'a aidé a comprendre et surtout résoudre tous les problèmes que je rencontrais en prenant le temps de bien m'expliquer, sans me lâcher et est rester jusqu'à que je n'ai plus besoin d'elle. Excellent service client, très à l'écoute et efficace. Réponse rapide à ma question, sans détour, avec une vraie solution à la clé. On sent que les gens qui répondent savent de quoi ils parlent et prennent le temps de bien traiter la demande.
Ce qui change tout, c'est la disponibilité : pas d'attente interminable, pas de réponse robotique copiée-collée. Une vraie personne qui comprend le problème et qui le règle.

I had some issues when an order was being placed between Dsers and Aliexpress. Dsers agent Holly help me get it sorted. It took her a while to figure out I have two Aliexpress accounts and the wrong one was set as the default. Holly was very patient with me and took me through how to fix it step by step. Thank you Holly I would not have been able to figure this out myself. Megan
