Hoy tuve un problema con mi tienda en Shopify al importar el stock de productos desde Dsers, debo decir que el chat de soporte es fenomenal, estuvimos poco más de 1 hora junto a Mia quien nunca me abandonó y tuvo la paciencia de buscar una solución. Finalmente dimos con ello y el sitio quedó operativo nuevamente.
Muy buena atención y disposición.
Le pongo 5 estrellas por el servicio de soporte que es tremendo, pero la interfaz de Dsers es algo lenta y poco friendly user, falta mejorar allí

The customer service was excellent. I had a problem when a customer placed two separate orders on Shopify. The data transferred to Dsers was corrupted. I contacted Dsers support. In just 15 minutes, with meticulous guidance, my problem was solved. Before that, I had spent two days struggling with it myself. Thank you very much, Dsers.
