DSers support was outstanding, and Sandy in particular was extremely helpful. My account had incorrect information tied to it, which was blocking fulfillment for my Shopify store. Sandy took the time to understand the issue, corrected the account details, and made sure everything was properly aligned so fulfillment could move forward without issues.
Clear communication, fast action, and competent support from start to finish. This is exactly how support should work. I appreciate the professionalism and follow through.

Dsers is complicated and as much as I hate having to deal with texting to resolve issues I have received the best customer service under these circumstances....if they upgrade to phone assistance...they would be top knotch but until then...the experience was still very good...the only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the lack of live phone support

I have been using DSers as the core order-fulfilment solution for my Shopify store, and overall my experience has been very positive.
The integration with Shopify is smooth and reliable, allowing me to import products from AliExpress, manage suppliers, and process large volumes of orders efficiently.
I was having trouble syncing my account and mapping a product. I contacted support and Janet was able to guide me and fix all my issues. I am very grateful for the 24/7 support and for professionals like Janet. We had to do it quickly because my supplier was waiting on the orders so he could process them before the factory closed for the weekend. Janet solved all my problems and the orders were received by the supplier and were SHIPPED BEFORE the weekend.
I am new to Dsers and am still learning the process. I had an issue with a product from another supplier and dsers helped me immediately to fill it on their platform. They replied right away and helped to fulfill the order. It was painless and appreciated.
