We have been using this for about a week and an issue arose. I asked AI and it did not have an answer. Asked to connect to a rep and the rep helped, but I was unclear. Asking for a video call, they schedule one for the next day and brought in one of the coders. It was very helpful and my questions were answered. So far, EasyShip seems to be working as expected while we tweak the mark up rate in Shopify.
Easyship is very user-friendly and makes managing shipments simple. Their customer service team is always quick to respond and consistently helpful whenever I run into an issue. Avantika is the best!

I initially tried using AI to answer my questions, and wasn't very successful in getting the correct responses. Once I got through to Alisha from the support team was very helpful in assisting with the multiple questions I asked about various configuration options within Easyship.

Using Easyship to ship our product to customers is very convenient. It is easy to choose which carriers and compare rates. Support team has been very helpful and easy to work with.
Shipping correctly includes many challenges. Easyship and Shopify both provide excellent assistance - starting when the customer places an order, then all the way to delivery of the package. The HELP department is especially thorough, diligent, and friendly.
Horrible customer support!! Long response times and impossible to get help, EVEN if they screw up.
