great stuff! cant' complaint about it. Integration took less than 10 minutes and the best part is that I didn't have to have great knowledge of it.

This deleted all my products after spending a lot of time setting up the new facebook store. No way to fix and now won't upload any of my products.

Too early to tell as yet. I've only just activated the app. Setup was very easy and I guess I'll be able to form an opinion down the track a little.

Shopify is a lot better at giving help than you are. Shopify and Facebook should combine support services. It was difficult and I still have issues.
It does not let me upload my products, it gives me a error message but no way to fix it. I would like a way of contact someone directly from the app.

This app doesn't help if all accounts associated with our store don't have access to the Facebook Business Manager through one account setting it up.
Much better than the previous link, hopefully it stays connected. The old version would disconnect all the time. Very easy setup all within Shopify.
Have not used the app as of yet. I hope that once I use the app it is easy to use. I am trying something new to boost my online sales and networking.

Very easy to set up, however, did take time to sync, so at the start, I wasn't sure if it was working. I am also not sure about the catalogue set up.
