I cannot connect my shopify to face

ervery time i open FB on shopify it says the account is under review. the store is 2 yrs old

There has to be a way to access the shop if a fb profile gets hacked and owner doesn't have access anymore. That's what happened to us and we've spent hours and hours with fb support to try and resolve and they continue to say they can't do anything about it. Absolutely nuts.

So far my shop has been in review for over a year and never resolved. I can't seem to connect with help to fix. They need a fixed POC somewhere in this area.

They don't offer support for digital products.

Setting up the Facebook app in Shopify was a breeze. I really like how easy it was to sync inventory and manage orders through the app

Connecting to Facebook and IG has never been easier. Normally you have to install the Pixel on your website (shopify) code, but this makes the process easier. Remember to document your process and write down Meta passwords. Thanks Meta!!

I sell shoes and every item is rejected for size, even though I have it listed in the title and in the "size" input.

I find it hard to set up. I wish it was easier to organize product by category.
