I haven’t been able to set it up and I don’t know why. I’ve tried multiple times and it’s still not connecting to Facebook

Typical shopify release with no support, broken features, waste of time... endless navigation loop, get it together shopify.

Worked well to set up Facebook and Instagram Shops. The process was simple and straightforward with not much learning curve.
Facebook channel is very usefull for shopify and the instagram shop.
