Powerful Contact Form Builder

I tried a few apps and it was so tough to find a good one with all our needs. Also, we wanted to be behind a button the popup. And this app did it!

We use Powerful Form Builder to run multiple registration forms for different campaigns. It’s been reliable overall: multilingual forms work well, new customers are created automatically, and confirmation emails go out as expected.

The forms are great. The UI could use some improvement and a few more features, but overall I'm a fan. The customer support is excellent also.

absolutely the worst support. Numerous attempts for a little help and no effort at all. Super buggy. Simple things like "after submit" goes to correctly different URL. Add to cart functionality from form, adds wrong item despite correct item being in thier app. Would definately recommend another form app.
