It's not the easiest app to use, you must have certain knowledge in ecommerce and operation but the support is great and they are always here to help us out and quite quick! We appreciate it, thank you !

I was very happy to find the Intuitive Shipping app as our shipping costs were very different between different products and countries. I booked a demo for installation and Michael went through the whole app with me and helped installing it. After running some tests and adjusting some small things myself it worked perfectly! I can't say enough good things about this app and the team behind it. I'm using it on two completely different high-volume sites that have very complicated shipping scenarios (several). This app handles it all. And does it well. Even better than the app is the support team behind it. Quick to help, and incredibly knowledgeable. I don't fully understand how they make it all work, but knowing they're there is a relief. I highly recommend this app based on my experiences over the past few years. And the customer service is the best I've experienced. When an app makes me look good to my clients, it's a win for everyone.

This is the perfect app we've been looking for to solve our shipping problems with different dimensional size of packaging boxes. Joel is really helpful that arranges a skype live support to assist us to setting up everything and making sure our set up is on the right track afterwards. I highly recommend this app.
