Outstanding support – they recovered our entire review history!
We had a serious issue after reinstalling the Judge.me app, which resulted in a new account being created and our previous reviews no longer being connected to our store.
The support team went above and beyond to investigate the issue. They located our previous account, recovered our historical reviews, carefully checked the product associations and duplicates, and restored everything to the correct products.
Throughout the process, the support was incredibly thorough, helpful and transparent. They really took the time to make sure the restoration was done correctly.
We are extremely grateful to the support and technical team for their effort. Losing years of customer reviews was a huge concern for us, and having them successfully restored was an enormous relief.
