Seems strange giving a review for a review product :). We reached out to support about a branding question we had with the free plan. Fin reached back out almost immediately, and helped us with setting up the branding for our site with the tools we had available on the free plan. Great customer service and a great product. I will be upgrading to the awesome plan as soon as we get more sales or our review volumes increase, whichever comes first.

The app is working extremely well for me. I did have one issue, that was my fault. I was working with some code in my Shopify account and broke Judge.me. I emailed customer support, gave them access to my Shopify store and within a day they added the correct code and brought it back to life. No reviews were lost. I am very impressed.

We’ve been using this app for a few months now and are very happy with the results. We’re collecting more reviews compared to our previous reviews app, thanks to the higher email sending capacity at a lower price point.

Great customer service! I worked with Yassine. I am a new store and wanted to have my first review show across all products. The AI bot was fast and to the point in its answers, and it was quick to transfer to a human. In my case, Yassine confirmed and assisted promptly. I am the kind of customer that is quick to cancel once the customer service is terrible, but also quick to appreciate great service. This first customer service experience was top notch.

I updated product photos, but the review widget was showing the old stock photos. The app gave me a work around to fix the issue, but it would have taken too long to correct each product individually. Then Lorenzo (a live agent) joined the chat and did a bulk update for the entire site, and my issue was resolved in 4 minutes. Thank you, Lorenzo, and thank you Judge.me for have such capable and helpful staff.

Had issues setting up due to my agency (Which I had to Quit) setup badly in my dashboard.

So It was setup to go to Product Page instead of External, However my first reviewer was sent to the Product Page from the email and it will only work to review if there are reviews in there allready.

Van was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the troubleshooting process. I had an issue where my review photos weren't displaying on my Shopify product page. After investigating, Van found that the review widget code needed to be updated, made the changes, and everything started working perfectly.
