Every time I have a question, either Fin (their chat bot) or one of the team members (thanks, Sebastian!) is so quick to respond. I really appreciate all of the ways I'm able to display the reviews for my store, and how Judge.me integrates with other apps as well.
Sebastian was super helped, showed me exactly how to fix the issue with links and screenshots so I didnt have to go searching endlessly myself! Thank you!

I really loved the support I received when I reached out to the customer service team. As we all know, its not about the product as much as its about having the support behind the product when issues come up. 5-stars!
I'm very non-techy and working on my first Shopify store = clueless! But the support team at Judge.me have been super helpful and very patient, so i would definitely recommend them, particularly if you are just starting out.
Their help team is always amazing, fast, and reliable. Today Soulaimane assisted me and went above and beyond to make sure my store was setup correctly with reviews!
Good visuals, and some nice ways to add reviews to the website on the free plan. I’ll definitely look into what the paid options have to offer.
