Good product. Decent customer support. Can be a bit buggy and have had issues with duplicates. Had an import apparently looping and just importing reviews for a few months with out us knowing.
But other than that - does the job for a good price.

Easy to setup and user friendly. Only had one issue with stars not showing up on certain products. Martin ★★★★ cleared everything up in no time. Think it might have been an issue with our theme but he resolved it anyway.

Have been using Judge.me since a month now and it has been so easy to configure it and get the first reviews from our business clients. The level of customization you can apply to the emails and their widget is fantastic and the app works very smooth without slowing down the shop. Even when I had to contact their supprt team the reply has been quick and precise and frankly even their AI agent is answering correctly to the questions I made. Highly reccomended app for shop and product reviews.

Great app with many useful widgets and customization options. Unfortunately there is a huge glitch by syncing etsy reviews and your tech team should fix it. I lost 2 days working on it for nothing.

We're genuinely sorry about the experience you had with the Etsy integration, particularly after spending two days manually matching your products. When you asked us whether reconnecting Etsy would affect your existing matches, we incorrectly reassured you that they would remain. Because your products had been manually matched rather than automatically matched by SKU, reconnecting cleared those mappings. We should have identified this before advising you to proceed.
Unfortunately, after investigating with our development team, we confirmed that the previous mappings cannot be restored. We've offered to recreate the mappings for you manually if you provide us with a list of the corresponding Etsy and Shopify products, so you don't have to repeat all of that work yourself.
We're also continuing to investigate the separate issue you've reported with reviewer names appearing as “Etsy customer.”
We sincerely apologize for the time and frustration this has caused, and our team will continue working with you on the remaining issues.
This app continues to show why it really is a pack leader in the review space. Chatting to Brian today he confirmed that we are able to use the reviews in a dynamic way with the subscription box product in the store. I'm really looking forward to leveraging the reviews in a new way to add excitement and interest in the subscription box product!

Sebastian went well beyond the usual support script on a tricky structured-data issue. Our product pages were still serving aggregateRating microdata after we disabled SEO Rich Snippets, which Google flagged as an error. He escalated it, worked out that the setting only applies to newly generated widget HTML, regenerated a test product to prove it, and then ran it across the catalog. Patient, responsive, and he actually dug into the page source rather than pointing at a help doc. Much appreciated.
