You provided clear feedback, but changes were made to your live store without sufficient checks, and you were also left waiting too long while trying to get the issue corrected. We understand why this was frustrating and have reviewed the case internally to help prevent the same experience from happening again.
We've reached out directly to apologize, and proposed handling the remaining adjustments ourselves. We've also offered to test everything on a copy of your theme first and send you a preview before making any changes to your live store.
