Lorenzo helped perfectly after AI did not. And he was a human being. Please give consumers a choice at the beginning of the query for human or AI. Sometimes AI is good, and more times you need a human. Your consumer is the best one to decide which is better for them either with a practical reason for the choice, or a personal preference. Employing humans helps your business because it helps the efficiency to the customer service, usually, and it is a better experience, usually. The empowerment of choice is better for me and my business.
