Customer service was quick to respond and assisted me with installing the app to my store theme template even though it was an older template. The support agent took the time to assist with the complete setup and optimization on my store which was really above and beyond the scope of help I expected.
Marina fixed my issue and I wasn't even asking her too! I was inquiring to see how long the ticket would take. TYSM Marina!! :)

Ron was excellent. He quickly identified that my storefront is a custom site outside of Shopify, explained why the standard widget install wouldn't work, and pointed me to the exact guide for platform-independent widgets. He also reverted my Review Widget to the Legacy version on his end so everything would be compatible. Fast, knowledgeable, and got me unblocked in one conversation. Great support.
