Best review app out there. Super thoughtful design of both the UI, and features. Junip just gets it. I have tried "them all," when it comes to review & UGC apps. If you have or work with a DTC brand, I highly recommend you switch to/start with Junip.
I can't say enough good things about this app. It increased our review conversion rate by 22% since our switch from Okendo, and their customer support team (mega shout out to Marcus) are phenomenal. Make the switch to Junip. You won't be disappointed.
Super detailed app. Stuart provided prompt and excellent support with understanding the app functionality to the very minute detail.
App could use more functionality with manual reminders. But overall best review app out there, 10/10 would recommend.
We've recently switched from Yotpo to Junip, and our experience has been very good. We had an amazing level of support during onboarding and the team has been very responsive to fixing everything to our needs. I can only recommend their service. 5 stars!
On-boarding has been great. Going live today. Solid interactions with the team so far and I have corresponded with them considerably on styling and the Klaviyo integration. So far a much better experience than I've had with several other providers in the space.
Super easy to install and managed to get a few previous customers to give me a review which is nice! Still not entirely sure whether to keep it on my website due to the sort of thing I sell (www.emilyhare.co.uk) but hopefully it will inspire confidence in some!
What an amazing team! Marcus helped install and set up the app on our custom site - an amazing personal experience! The app is seamless for both business owners and customers and such an upgrade from the standard shopify review plug ins. Absolutely would recommend!
