Really happy with Loox so far. It has essential things I need:
- Multi lingual reviews
- Unlimited review requests
- Offer incentives for reviews that lead to more sales
- Bonus upsell feature (which means I stopped a different app)
Great support too, Dolev fixed an issue with our collections. Molly helped with our bonus review emails.

I was really excited about Loox at first - it seemed like the perfect fit.
The design is clean and it looks great on-site, but once it’s set up, the functionality just isn’t where I expected it to be. It’s not intuitive to manage ongoing review requests, and I couldn't easily see who had received emails or who was still in the queue. For the price, I expected more visibility and control. It’s a good-looking tool, but lacks too many basics to justify the cost long-term.

Review request emails can be managed from the Orders page of your Loox admin.
We always aim to make Loox as easy and intuitive as possible, and your input is truly helpful as we continue to improve.

This review pains me because loox has been such an instrumental part in my companies growth but their is a horrendous referral glitch that has cost my company over 50,000 in free sales this month. Upon further review these were mainly fraudulent. I have begged loox to turn off the referral feature but they said it is not possible. I have two companies both doing well over a million a month and am going to hope that writing negative reviews actually will get some traction. You guys used to rock but need to address this issue as it is costing my company far too much money.

Referral discount codes that were created can still be used in your store even after disabling the referral program and need to be manually deactivated within Shopify.

I have been after them since Feb and it is now late July! They did not fix my problem and customer service keeps saying " It looks like this needs a bit more investigation, so I’ll be moving it to our Tier 2 team. They’ll take a closer look and get back to you with an update via email as soon as possible!" They do not import your reviews to your Shop app like it states they do. The reviews were sent BY THEM TO THE CUSTOMER, the customer sent a review and it never got posted to the Shop App! I have HUNDREDS of reviews that are missing from the shop app becuase of this app.

The Shop app only displays reviews that are linked to an order, and that's a requirement defined by Shopify, not Loox. On our end, all reviews meeting that criteria are syncing correctly.

Bad customer support. I have email them over 5 times how can I have English and Greek language in the App and their responses are not giving solutions, im wondering if they even read our messages. Good app, awful support. Brrrrrrr

Loox is awesome. Only had it installed for a few weeks and already have 8 product reviews, plus upsells. Ken at Loox support has been very helpful in setting up my site with review widgets, etc.
We were having issues with flavor variant emails being sent out, and Ken S. from Loox support walked me through marking certain products for "NOREVIEW". This helped us ensure that our products were getting reviewed as a category (rather than individual variants) and made our LOOX reviews look much better & organized.
Loox is a powerful and easy-to-use review app that really helps boost trust and conversions. What impressed me most is their support team — super professional, fast to respond, and always helpful.
