Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

This has been the single best app to help grow our business by providing instant customer feedback and credibility to our site and social accounts. I recently had an issue that our customer service rep, Tal, expertly handled with very fast response times and a quick and direct resolution. I highly recommend Loox to any business.

I am collecting reviews every day, and got a referral sale within a couple of days of adding the app. It brings a little authenticity to my site. Well worth the cost.

I really liked this app, it definitely deserves 5 stars.
But... The support for the language I need is not included by default, and the integration is only available with one translate app, which is not the best, therefore I can't use LOOX .

Loox rocks! I've used other Review apps. Judge.me was somewhat adequate, but very limiting. Tried another more expensive app, that just didn't pan out for us. Landed on Loox and I have to say, that it is very solid. It LOOX better than the other review apps, and it's garnering more reviews for our store too. Love it!!!

Amazing app with a MUCH higher review rate than everything we have tried previously. Thx Loox! UPDATE Oct 2026: we had a 20x uptake in orders on our shop due to a free give away which under the plan we were under, lead to overage bills. Loox support was very understanding and helped us make this workable. We are now on their unlimited plan. The best reviews app on Shopify IMO.

Loox is excellent in every way. So happy we made the switch. Customers engage really well with the automated email. Currently about 25% of customers are leaving reviews. The ability to add video is also so good.
A very happy customer here. It's also really useful to help mitigate any issues with unhappy customers by highlighting issues that you can act on to help the customer further.

We have been using Loox for 6 months now and we are very happy with it. Their team are always quick to respond. I just had a question about filtering who gets review requests. I was helped by Rain, she said she would see if their team could make that happen. She also showed me an alternate way to set it up that worked for what we needed.

Very happy with the app and the people who support it...This app can and does alot to help convince customers to purchase products from us. I personally read reviews before I buy anything and LOOX gives us a very easy way to collect reviews from our customers without being annoying or intrusive.

The app is not only helpful for my business, but the customer service is excellent. Jemuel was able to quickly help me with an issue I was having, and provided screenshots to walk me through how to resolve it. I’ve had a great experience with Loox and am happy to have this as a tool for my small business.

Loox has been nothing but amazing to us! The product has changed and grown so much since we first downloaded it. We ues a lot of the features and they have certainly brought us extra income. The UI is also very clean and easy to understand for both internal usage and customer facing.
