I have gotten more reviews in the last week than I have ever gotten using Judge.Me. I also like being able to clearly display my customers pictures that they upload.
I've trusted LOOX as my review solution for almost a year now, and they have always went above-and-beyond when things come up that need resolving on the "backend" of things. Their team is un-matched, and I'd like to give a special shoutout to Dolev & Laurence for handling everything. Only have great things to say about LOOX, because so far, that's all I've seen from them
When I started using loox they were amazing and always willing to help. The last customer service experience left me baffled, and I ended up canceling and moving to another review app.

Hi Loox, thanks for being so outstanding all these years and for enabling one of the most important parts of my store -the reviews! It helps me interact with my customers. Thanks also Jodel for the super fast and accurate help with my question - we got it all solved in under 10 minutes!
This app is messing with my Google Shopping conversion tracking. I don't recommend the upsell feature because it interferes with the conversion on the thank you page, since not all customers are visiting the thank you page after the upsell page appears.

I am currently on a trial with Loox after being on Junip for a few months. I had issues with set-up and migrating reviews over and Laurence from the support team was so quick to help and resolved my issue within an hour (whaaaat?!). Overall, the process has been so easy to set-up and edit without the help of a developer. No code install needed. Very intuitive UI. Will definitely be staying on as a customer!
I’ve been using Loox for my carpet repair business, Dan’s Carpet Repairs, and I’m really impressed with how easy it’s been to collect customer reviews. The setup was smooth, and I love how simple it is to customise the design to match my branding. Since adding Loox, I’ve noticed a real boost in customer engagement having photos in the reviews is a game changer!
