Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

I've been looking for a user reviews app for years, and finally took the plunge with Loox. The installation process was a breeze. Unfortunately, though, I am using an old, deprecated legacy theme on Shopify, and most apps are now designed for the new Shopify version 2.0 themes. So, there were a number of issues getting the various ratings widgets to work properly. I contacted Loox support and got an answer within hours. A support engineer named Tal was assigned to me, and he was able to solve all of my issues within two days of installing the app. None of these issues were Loox issues; they all had to do with the particulars of my deprecated theme. But Tal dove in and solved all the of the problems, including my very particular layout requests, like moving a widget a few pixels this way or that. This is a great app with world-class customer service, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you, Loox, and thank you Tal!

Integrates well with Google. Great customer support. Reasonable pricing. I highly recommend Loox. It's an essential for start-ups looking to gain potential customer's trust and improve SEO ranking.

We just started using this app and are loving it so far. Already removed the other apps we were using since we are already sold. The set up is super easy and not confusing like other apps out there, and the widgets are well designed. I'm beyond frustrated with Loox. Their customer support does not read any of the messages sent to them and just says they'll forward it to tier 2. I have been trying for two weeks to get downloadable versions of my video reviews and I have not been able to do so. When I reply to their emails both support@loox.io and Success@loox.app both are bounced back and the support team does nothing to help me. So I have to continue booking support through the shopify app only to go in a viscous cycle. Its ridiculous with the amount of money they charge my brands for their review platform!

This app was one of the best apps on shopify. Unfortunately there is a rather heinous promo code abuse functionality that has cost my company over 50,000. I have begged loox to help me and writing this review pains be but I feel it's the only way to get their attention and take my issue seriously. I will gladly take this review down the second I have been helped in turning off the referral program.

This is such a great app! It has great additional features such as refer a friend, and offering rewards for photo and video reviews. Within the first 24 hours of installing Loox we had 16 new reviews! This level of reviews collected in the same timeframe was impossible with Trustpilot. Customer service is great too, Rotem in particular. He was able to quickly assist me with accidentally duplicated reviews.

I would definitely recommend this app, I ran into some issues after using the app after a few months because the navigation system on Shopify had changed and the Loox team helped me out straight away and and gave really clear instructions with screen shots so I literally couldn't go wrong.

I have gotten more reviews in the last week than I have ever gotten using Judge.Me. I also like being able to clearly display my customers pictures that they upload.

I've trusted LOOX as my review solution for almost a year now, and they have always went above-and-beyond when things come up that need resolving on the "backend" of things.
