Magical Make an Offer

The app has helped cultivate a wider community base. It has brought us greater engagement from new customers who otherwise would browse by. It's nice to give customers a say. The team has always been very responsive with finding solutions as our shop expands. What will not change is how integral the app is to the experience of our online store.

The Make an Offer app has been a very useful tool to communicate with potential buyers. While the odd offer is unrealistic, most offers are worth negotiating with. It would be good to be able to adjust the template ourselves, perhaps that is in there and we just can't find it. I feel the fees are a bit inflated for what it offers. Saying that, it is highly recommended.

Easy to install and easy to use. Could use a few more native tools to create the email templates. And perhaps create a mechanism for the buyer to easily counter the counter offer, perhaps as an option. Just to keep the lines of communication open after the counter without either party having to directly email. Also an option to require a full shipping address when placing an offer.

Really like this app! It's essential for the products we sell. Have used other apps/extensions in the past and this one is the best by far. Easy to use and works seamlessly. The support staff is very quick to communicate and accommodating. Highly recommend. A+++

We've only been using the app for a couple of weeks. But it definitely gets customers engaged and allows you to start a dialog that leads to sales. The recent modifications (Make an Offer button, mobile settings, etc.) are a big plus. Probably the best thing about the app is the support. Any time I have contacted them they respond very quickly - even on weekends. This is driving sales on my website.

Wonderful app that goes great with any shopify store. This app sure helps stores get additional leads that other wise would go to waste. Try it. It's well worth the investment. I did also have special requests, and that was handled quickly.
