MIDA Replay, Heatmap & Insight

I don't have a extensive experience with the app yet, but it seems to be solid. It did help highlight how many of my ad clicks were bot traffic. I've reworked the ads because of MIDA and now all my session recordings appear to be real traffic

Really useful for understanding customer behaviour
Mida has been really helpful for understanding how visitors interact with my store, especially through the session recordings. It makes it much easier to spot where customers hesitate or drop off and gives me a clearer idea of what needs improvement. The app is straightforward to use, and the support has been great as well. Emma was very helpful and responsive whenever I needed assistance. Overall, a useful tool for improving the customer journey and conversion rate.

I’ve had a really good experience with Mida so far. The app has a lot more useful features than I initially realized, and it’s been great discovering how much it can actually do.

MIDA app helped me realise how Meta sends bot visitors to my website whenever I run Meta ads on FB or Instagram. As a newbie in e-commerce, I was struggling to understand why the conversion rate did not match the footfall until I saw in the session replay how hundreds of bots were sent to land on the website, only to exit within 3-5 seconds. It was an eye-opener. Recommend all new websites to get MIDA and study the heatmap and session replays to understand customer behaviour in great detail.

MIDA Heatmaps are of great help in watching UX friendliness on a store, it offers more insights in a more compact view than the free Microsoft Clarity tool, which I am using as well. Also, MIDA team is incredibly helpful. I recommend this app very much!

Fantastic app that gives you a fly on the wall view of what your customers can do and find on your website. Gives you a score and suggestions for improvements! It even says if the customer had rage clicks, which unfortunately I realized mine had! I would have never known.

The app gave me some information i could use. It really helped me solve a problem with my website that i would have never knew about if it wasn't for this app. This app pointed out problems with my site that was stopping people from being able to buy or mainly look at my products. now after i have fixed the errors that MIDA informed me of hopefully that helps with customers being able to view and order now. Also when i had errors i was at 75 after fixed fixing the error i went to 100. i cant wait until they add Sidekick AI because it really is helpful on here but the contact of customer service needs help sorry to say. most of my help came from my AI sidekick but i could not use him on here which main it a little harder. So with that said the app is great at finding issues just not great at helping you fix them. And they help remove my sessions as well.

MIDA has been a huge help in protecting our Shopify store from suspicious activity and fake checkouts. Had another app before MIDA but then when I started to search things MIDA ticked all the boxes and from the day I installed it, it started to record everything and give me details of what I needed most. Recommend MIDA for startups and also large retailers.
