MIDA Replay, Heatmap & Insight

This app is a fantastic tool for tracking customer visits on our website! The screen recording feature is incredibly helpful, allowing us to analyze not only how well the website is performing but also track the effectiveness of our ads. The insights we gain from seeing real user interactions help us make targeted improvements. Additionally, the customer support is top-notch. They respond quickly and resolve any issues promptly, making the overall experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend.

This app is really cool! It was fun to watch my customers' journeys through my store. The heatmap provided a lot of insights as well, as it provided insights into what parts of my store drew my customers' attention.

Their customer service team was on top of any issues or questions I had. They generally don't respond during our typical work hours if you live in the USA.

However, if the pricing was different, I might keep the app long term. This app is more of a download-for-a-week and delete-type app. I will probably routinely download this app once a year to see what my customers are doing.

It's a very good app to analyse the customer journey and see potential improvement points for your store. I also really like the automatic skip function for inactivity in the session replays.

Very helpful - allows you to replay the interactions with customers. Heatmap is helpful and insightful. It helps with bounce rates and to see where customers click out

I'm only using the free plan currently, but the installation was very straightforward and I can see a clear and easy to follow video replay of each session on my site.

I also like the information tabs off to the right that show what source and location people are coming from.

Customer support was also very responsive and helpful.

I've been using this app for a few months now, and wow I am very satisfied. The app itself is great, but so is the customer service. I'm on the free version, and I love the fact that from the overview, they show you the sessions where users have added something to their carts. It saves time, and you don't have to watch each sessions individually.

This tool helps me understand my customers' experiences without making assumptions. It categorizes sessions by abandoned cart, abandoned checkout, and successful orders, making it super easy to find what I need.

Overall, the detailed analytics and visuals, like custom dashboards and reports, make it easy to keep track of everything. Plus, the tool is GDPR compliant and supports multiple stores.

Quick and easy to setup and the insights are very valuable. Especially like the ability to understand the visitor journey, hurdles or confusions they might be facing - and allows us to correct that.
