Easy to set up app. Very good customer support. So far using the free version and it has more restriction than others but I will take advantage of the 7 Days trial to test more advanced fonction.

We were using hot jar but this app is much better. When I had a quesiton about how to figure out how to see the email addresses, Jolie Nguyen was able to help me in a timely manner. There is a lot of potential in this app for improving our stores conversion and seeing how the various customers who are coming to the website are engaging with our content, formatting, offers buttons, videos, information, copy and other things like finding bugs, sticking points, etc. We are gaining more insight into our paid traffic, so it's definitely worth using this technology.
