MIDA Replay, Heatmap & Insight

This app is a disaster. Within MINUTES of installation, MIDA recorded 350+ "sessions" from the USA, Ireland, and other countries - all clearly bot traffic with visits lasting only seconds on single pages or product images.
My store normally gets 50-60 visitors per day, but suddenly I had 350+ fake sessions within minutes that:
Consumed my entire free 250-session limit immediately with worthless data
Destroyed my conversion rate statistics
Made all heatmaps and analytics completely useless
There is NO bot filtering. The app counts every bot, crawler, and spam visit as a real customer session, making all data meaningless. My actual store statistics are now ruined.
For an analytics app, this is unacceptable. If you can't filter bots, you can't provide accurate data. I'm uninstalling immediately and switching to a competitor with proper bot detection.
Save yourself the frustration and choose a different app.

Been using it for about a month. The replay feature is super practical — you can actually see how customers click around, and we finally figured out why our conversion was stuck. Heatmaps are intuitive too, no more guessing. AI can be a bit wordy sometimes, but auto-flagging high-dropoff sessions is a lifesaver. Free plan works for small stores, and support replies fast. Totally worth it.

I haven't been using the app long, but so far, I think it's been great! We started running ads from Chapter NYC Magazine and have already started seeing some activity. It's been amazing for seeing where people go, which page they leave off of and since then we've been able to make some changes that have really improved conversions.

I was starting to receive spam emails through my shop but the MIDA team helped me through getting the apps at up and I haven't had issues since. Thank you guys for teaching a newbie about this stuff.

I added this app to go along with the Fraud Blocker. It wasn't connecting, but, Chloe was right there to fix any issues. It is working fabulously so far. And I also, received help about an additional add on, was quickly helped.

MIDA's session replay and heatmap tools have made it much easier for us to understand how people actually use our website. Instead of guessing why visitors leave or where they get stuck, we can watch real sessions and see exactly what's happening.
