ONE: AI, Pop Up, SMS Marketing

So far so good!!! This app has been a great addition to my website. Whenever I have a question or issue my sales rep Rosie Is there to assist. She does a great job at teaching me the program and making sure I have a good understanding of the app offers. I am very pleased with the app, and happy I've added it.

This app has been great so far, easy to use with the step-by-step wizard and when I ran into an issue, their in-browser support was right there to help me even to the point of editing some CSS for the desired result. Support like that is hard to come by. I would highly recommend this app for their support alone.

I've been using the app for the last few months now and the app is super easy to use and the metrics analysis given is very useful and comprehendible. Most of all, the support is beyond fantastic! The support team has always helped with any doubts we've had within minutes! So glad to have found this app! Must use!

I used this app for email marketing and it works like wonder. Especially with their Customer Support (got assisted by Emily, and she's the best!), they helped me with my technical issue and responded really fast and on point. Such a great experience with the product and customer support as well! Super recommended!

The pop-up app works great! Also, we are really fascinating as a team from their customer support. They always answer fast, solve any issue on their own, they don't refer us to blogs or videos to do it by ourselves like others and they customized each service even if they did not have to. We have only the free plan yet.

The app seems to work well, although I haven't used it for a long period of time. What I will say is the customer service is among the best I have experienced in any industry. They respond super quick and work through customizations needed for your site. On that premise alone I would give them five stars. Very impressed.

I've used this app for 6+ months and recently added it to a 2nd store. I had a question about having two accounts and Maya, the representative, answered my questions, channeled my suggestion to the right place, and then followed up with other suggestions to help what I was trying to accomplish. Rosy is the best and she needs a raise lol. I am new to this app and she literally answered all my questions, suggested a lot of things , and also made me delete all my other email creating apps to fully convert to the one she is working for!
