Just starting using this app and so far so good. Although I wasn't able to create a pop-up in the way I initially wanted the support team were amazing and were able to help me find a work around. Looking forward to exploring more features of this app! One of the best support experiences I have received on any app we use.
This is the best plugin I've ever used, it's very easy to set up compared to similar plugins, and it has 24/7 customer service which is fantastic. I have to say the customer service is the best and most professional I have ever encountered and I am very grateful. I will always support them.

Samantha has been very helpful, and I have the popups working perfectly on my site. I have an email collection with a discount set up and then a separate popup that is triggered on the cart page upon exit intent. It took some coding by the team, but everything is great and easy to use. Very customizable for a free app. Thx!
So far I have only used the email marketing feature because that was my most pressing need. So glad I found this app! The email marketing tool is incredibly easy to use. The perfect, good value, all-in-one app for your Shopify store. Set up can seem like a challenge at first but their chat service runs 24/7, and their response time is unmatched. Fola went above and beyond to provide excellent an customer service experience, and our email campaigns + pop ups look incredible. A whole win-win!

I use the app for wheel of fortune and recent sales pop, it is running great, so easy to set up and there are many more plugins i am planning to test in the future, also the customer support is very responsive and helpful, i strongly recommend this app after losing time in the past with a few other apps that didn t work as promised.
