Tech support is great and very quick. We've been using Ordercup now for 8 months and have shipped tons of packages without problem.

Just started using the app and I'm now wondering why I waited so long! Ed was great at helping me set things up. I couldn't be happier.

Their quite excellent phone support (Ed in particular) makes up for the sometimes arcane quirks, clunky UI, and unintuitive aspects of the software.

Amazing customer service - answered my questions quickly. Received a call from tech support the first day to see if I had any questions about the app.
