Postscript SMS Marketing

Every Shopify store owner should be using Postscript. I'm a new store owner and have tried many different sms/mms apps trying to find the best one. Some took percentages of sales, others claimed to do things that simply weren't true.

I made an almost an extra $3000 my first month using it. The team at postscripts are always available by chat to help with any questions I've had.

They are always adding new features and will actually take your feedback and add it to the program if it will help all postscript users.

I'm highly impressed with the service so far and truly believe that they are trying to make postscripts the best sms/mms solution in the entire marketplace.

I was skeptical transitioning over from another SMS Marketing platform I was using prior to joining Postscript. I moved over because the previous platform had continued to charge additional fees based on images or emojis, which wasn't addressed clearly.

The onboarding team was attentive and very supportive during the learning and transition period.

I find it fun to read the metrics based on the campaigns we sent out and the team continued to educate me on different methods of engaging with our customers via SMS. I recommend you work with Postscript as their prices are reasonable (NO HIDDEN FEES) and we delight in seeing the benefits of revenue streaming in from SMS campaigns.

Our account rep, Tara, has been fantastic! She's constantly bringing relevant data and ideas to our meetings. She has made herself available to help implement changes to our account. I get the sense that she really does care about the success of our store. Postscript as an SMS platform has been good for the most part. I like that I've seen updates and improvements while we've been a client. I wish pricing were a little more palatable... but I know that so much of that is due to the carriers that they work with. All in all it's been a good platform for reaching our audience and I believe that Postscript will be a team that helps us continue to take giant steps forward with our business.

Installing this today moving over from another text app competitor. Aside from Sean being an awesome rep that quickly organized a plan overnight and setup a great demo walk through, the functionality capabilities from this platform blows the app that we were paying more for out of the water. They have a lot of segmentation that is closer to email capabilities, their own popup instead of having to use an outside popup, and better text technology from a user experience from what I can tell. It looks like they've thought through the text experience much more than others, and they even have an integration with ReCharge already! Really excited to see the performance of this for our brands.

Postscript has made our text marketing so easy. The app has nearly everything we need to run creative campaigns and automations – and when there is something we think it could do better, the team is receptive to our feedback and helps us figure out a way to get it done.

I switched to this app from another text app and I am glad I did. I found it easy to use and is helping me grow my text list. I also liked the free 30 day trial which helped me get familiar with the app and made it easier when it was time to choose a plan that suited my needs. I had to take off a star because it's not that easy to insert gifs. The other app I switched from had a library of gifs to add to your messages but with postscript you have to go to another website to save the gif you want and then upload to postscript. I was having an issue uploading the gifs and reached out for help. Tyler helped me right away and stayed on the chat with me until we got it fixed. The customer service was great and he was very helpful! Thanks!

First let me say I never write app reviews. Second I didn't want to even try text-marketing (they cold called me). But it was a free trial and people opt-in so I was like, why not....? HOWEVER now I am a big Postscript fan! The service, professionalism, thoughtfulness and general fun of the on-boarding specialist (Paris) has made me excited about using the program. I recently had a bad on-boarding experience with another app, so it has highlighted to me how excellent the service provided here was. Paris was patient, very careful in making sure I understand how everything works. I wish I could work with her forever. And, they are diligent about compliance. I highly recommend giving Postscript a try if you are looking for text marketing!

I am going on 2 months with Postscript now, and I do not have one bad thing to say. It has totally changed the game for me as a small boutique. I just got my January email and I hit $4000 in sales generated JUST from my SMS! And I am still just starting to grow my text list! The numbers really speak for themselves and are enough to make me want to stay with Postscript... But the icing on the cake is definitely their customer service. They always respond super quickly, they are helpful, nice, and quite funny! I have not had a bad interaction with them and they are always willing to go above and beyond to help me execute all the crazy ideas I come up with for my customers! It's an 11/10 for me. I really wish I would have found them sooner!

Excellent app. Makes being compliant easy and the training/UX of the app drives you towards best SMS practices. Their base flows/campaigns are great starter templates and you will see value right out of the box.

One of the few SMS Marketing tools that does Shopify Checkout opt-in well, some don't do it at all which is a deal breaker in my mind. As well as some great integrations (we utilize Klaviyo and being able to combine our sign-up forms was a key requirement for us).

Lastly, their Live Chat support has been insanely good. I get responses almost instantly and their CS team is extremely helpful and has never failed me.

Look forward to building our SMS strategy out more with Postscript and seeing how they evolve to bring more value to our marketing.

I've been using Postscript for about 9 months now and it's the best solution for text message marketing. Onboarding is simple and straightforward, the UI is friendly and overall you'll see results pretty instantly. Make sure to set up an abandoned cart sequence and of course a welcome series (put your keyword on your social media for a big boost your bottom line). We recently needed to integrate our Klaviyo opt-in form to Postscript and had some technical issues making sure Klaviyo only handled emails and Postscript only handled texts. I hopped on the live support chat and got it figured out in no time. The Customer Success rep Bryan even tested the opt-in form on his end which was even better. Overall, Postscript is a great product, a great company, and has great people!
