Customer Service is Excellent! I've just started using this app and I have no complaints. Great to have a way to contact all your customers at once.
Postscript is a great SMS app with a nice interface. Easy to use and great support via chat. I use many of these type of apps and this is a top choice.
Everyone I speak with is so incredibly helpful. I have some off the wall questions and they are so kind to provide possible solutions. Highly recommend!

Great app, easy to set up and integrate with klaviyo, recharge, and other apps we have already. Highly recommend giving it a try -- we started with much more expensive options but this was better priced and has many more automations.

Excited to test this app out. Have heard great things from other business owners about them & the results from text automation. On top of that, communicating with there team has been amazing. They're extremely hands on and go in depth on their platform, it's functionality and how it works.
App works exactly as promised in driving revenue (as long as you set flows up the right way). Postscript is the Klaviyo x Mailchimp of SMS - the customization is on point, the pricing tiers are sensible, and support team is solid. Highly recommend trying it out to see how your customers respond!
