This app is very user friendly and makes text message marketing so simple. I’m so happy I came across this app, and the customer service is amazing! Anytime I need assistance with anything they are very punctual and more than willing to provide me with the help I need. Not only did she help me figure out what was going on, but she also provided me some super helpful links to learn how to use Postscript more effectively. A win win! Our team was hesitant because we don't have a ton of experience managing SMS but the Postscript team was extremely responsive and recommended best practices that actually worked! The app is intuitive, comprehensive and easy to manage and track performance. We are especially impressed by their customer service and regular updates based on customer feedback too!

I changed to their new plan - "charge by usage" - like four days ago, to save some money because I didn't use SMS Marketing as much. I went from paying $50 a month, to being charged $987 in three days out of nowhere. I literally sent out two campaigns and have 511 subscribers.

Before this, I used this app occasionally and it went well, but this was outrageous.

Even if the app sucked, the level of support these guys offer is beyond anything I've ever received. I'd totally give a great review on that alone. Luckily the app itself is actually amazing and I've already generated a 3X ROI on what it would cost for the paid version after 1 week on the trial. Definitely going to be fully implementing and scaling with this one!
