Postscript SMS Marketing

So far so good, the app does what it says. Also, they do have amazing support, they have live support chat not one of chats that actually send an email that is responded to in a nonspecific amount of time. We will continue to build out the app with the help of their support team, the integrations are also perfect for us. Out CS team can answer texts from their Zendesk account.

After a lot of research and back and forth, our team is really happy we chose Postscript. They make getting started very easy with templates and walk-throughs. Their customer service chat feature is really helpful. We immediately started making sales from our text campaigns (while on the free trial!) and are looking forward to even more growth in the future. Highly recommended!

This app could be revolutionary for my business! I cannot wait to build subscribers and get going. I have to mention Shannon - we had some teething problems as based in the UK and she was amazing!!!! So far this app has exceeded our expectations. One thing is for sure, if you are new to Text-Opt in marketing, PS has a great tech support team to answer all your questions. Zev has been an amazing partner in this regard!! He is fast, courteous and sends the best gifs!!! Postscript solves all of our issues for an automated 2-way SMS solution. Not only is it an intuitive setup, but they have plenty of tools (abandoned cart, shipping tracking) and integrations (Recharge, Klaviyo, Gorgias) that make this a seamless solution for us. And their support is SO HELPFUL, especially Zev. They'll get you set-up with all of the SMS best practice tips and tricks.

Great support team, they're quick to answer and help the best they can. Still relatively new to the app, it has more ecomm-focused features than other's I have used so that's a plus. I have hit some minor hiccups with tracking and features I'd love to see them implement, but from what I see and what they say they take feedback seriously so hoping to have those resolved / implemented!

I use Postscript for text campaigns & automations. It has helped my sales immensely. Customers purchase more when they receive the texts & automations I use. The best thing about Postscript is their customer service. You can chat with them right away whenever you have a question and they are super friendly & very knowledgeable. I highly recommend you add this app to your Shopify store!

I'm just getting started and trying to figure out if this app is a good fit for our mid-sized company but so far it seems like a really great fit. Getting my account set up was easy and I had a very helpful consultant via their messaging chat. Zev helped me out with a few onboarding questions and was a bright spot in my day. The app itself is intuitive to use with powerful segmenting capabilities.

The integration with Shopify is done really well, all customer and order info can be used with confidence.

Setting up automation or one-off campaigns is straight-forward.

We've seen immediate results just from sending a couple of targeted campaigns, well worth the investment.
