Postscript SMS Marketing

Highly recommend the postscript app. It's easy to use, small business friendly and the customer service is extremely helpful and friendly. They have their best interest with helping you grow your business. I've only been in business for a few weeks and I downloaded Postscript to help create a text subscription to gain an audience to help market my brand and reach customers. The app is extremely easy to use and I've sent multiple campaigns so far. Since I'm a new business and I'm want to keep my startup costs low, I love that there is a free plan available that offers all the features I need.

We're new to SMS marketing and Postscript came highly recommended by two of our agency partners. It's been incredibly easy to implement and manage, and we started generating revenue with it immediately. SMS marketing is obviously the future, and it's important to have a good partner in the technology. The Postscript app functionality and capability is excellent, but what really seals the deal is their hands-on and helpful support. We threw some really complicated queries and our support rep Faith undertook an investigation and solved the case in a way that would make sherlock holmes jealous.

Normally they're closed on weekends but I was able to get in touch with Adam Turner at 8am on a Saturday! He was in such great spirits and after explaining to him the problem it was rectified in less than 5 minutes. We're opening today and wanted to use to service so it freaked us out when we ran into the problem at 3am and couldn't figure out the Billing issue.

Installed this app 2 weeks ago and noticed an immediate difference in sales and conversion. Integrates seamlessly with Shopify - I had to do almost nothing to get automations such as back in stock, browse abandonment, etc alerts running. Really intuitive and easy to use. Support is super responsive and helpful. Very excited to see the difference this app makes over the course of the next few months!

I love how Postscript not only allows me to segment my customer but their automations have been a blessing! We have just started using them and I love the set it and leave it portion of automations, such as abandoned cart.
Loving that I can segment for texts, letting me reward the top customers vs. spending a lot of money texting the entire group! Can't wait to figure it out to the max potential!

I used to LOVE this app, until they change their billing, I currently have only 400 sub on my list, I was paying $25 a month for 2500 credits, which was good for my growing business, I decided to try their free plan little did I know I'll be charged .15 for each text. Which is so unfair!!! I hate that I switch my plan. I'm going to find another provider that cares!! Not fair for growing businesses!!!!

We found Postscript after hearing how effective sms marketing can be from our agency and wanted to try it. Postscript had a few features other shopify apps didn't so we reached out. Their team was super responsive and helped us set up some test sms campaigns and automations. We were nervous about customer reception, but it worked really well and unsubscribes were low. Fully endorse their product and team.

***Update to add that Michael has been so helpful to me today. He resolved an issue I had with no problem!! Thank you so much! I am using this app to increase customers to my site as well as keeping customers. Plus a super fun way to stay in contact with them! So far the customer service has been SO helpful! I am excited to be working with Post Script and it's so much better than every other app out there!
