ReturnGO Returns & Exchanges

Si vous cherchez un système pour gérer vos retours, cette application est idéale. Elle propose je dirai toutes les fonctionnalités nécessaires et le support est réactif et très efficace. Un grand MERCI à Noa qui s'est occupée de notre setup. Nous avons migré d'Aftership Return Center vers ReturnGO, et c'était vraiment la meilleure décision à prendre !

Firstly, customer service was helpful during the installment process. They clarified every point for us. Also, the UX is user-friendly. They helped us, especially on language conversion. Every steps are simplified. Merchants who use Money Order in their stores could use efficiently. IBAN check feature is trust point for merchants. Thanks for the great service again!

We switched to ReturnGo from another well-known solution. Returngo, unlike other providers, offers, among other things, true multilingualism in the returns portal and in the emails. The integration is easy. The excellent possibility to build clean return flows is worth mentioning. The support is particularly noteworthy. The employees are incredibly friendly, helpful and easy to reach. We are looking forward to further cooperation with ReturnGo!

We were looking for the best way to create an automatic and cool return and exchange process for the customer and our employees. Til now, it seems we found it. L'application ReturnGo s'est révélée être au-delà de nos attentes. Facile à mettre en place, elle permet de gérer les retours pour remboursement et échanges avec une flexibilité et une possibilité de personnalisation surprenante. La multiplicité des politiques de retours permet de gérer avec aisance des retours de différents types dans différentes zones géographiques, vers différentes adresses et selon différentes typologies de clients. Le multilingue est bien géré. Et le service client est tout simplement fantastique ! 5 étoiles bien méritées.

Dieses Return & Exchange App ist sensationell und weitaus das beste was ich bis jetzt mit Shopify ausporbiert hab. Super Intergration mit Shopify und unterstützt alle benötigten Exchange/Return-Use Cases, kann ich nur empfehlen.

Das Thema alleine ist ja schon sehr komplex, aber richtig konfiguriert macht es die Kundenerfahrung super einfach und übersichtlich, eine Retoure anzumelden, selbst auf dem Mobile. Super ist auch die Möglichkeit für Refund mit Store-Credit, welche sogar im Kunden-Konto angezeigt werden kann. Aber auch im Backoffice sehr übersichtlich mit gutem Zusammenspiel mit Shopify-Admin.

Und noch viel besser ist der Support von returnGo, ohne langes warten im Chat, hilfsbereit unterstützen sie, wo sie nur können. Dank deren Hilfe konnte ich auch komplexere Fragestellungen zu meiner vollen Zufriedenheit lösen.

Wir haben die App für die Abwicklung unserer Retouren installiert. Anfangs gab es einige Schwierigkeiten mit der Integration in Sendcloud und im speziellen der automatischen Sendung der shipping-labels. Aber der Support war sehr hilfsbereit und engagiert und mittlerweile funktioniert alles super. Sehr übersichtlich, gutes Interface und leicht zu bedienen.
