It's a simple idea, yet effective. We really like that the app is free and it gives our customers an option to protect their order. We like the added tracking information and automated emails.

My company implemented Route onto our website a year ago and it has been an integral aid in our customer experience. The integration was very quick and the support team has always been expedient.
There have been more customers buy this than I expected. Seems like customers (and us) see a lot of value in the insurance since it is so cheap to get. Excited to keep using this for our business!
