You download it and have to do a Zoom call with the company for it to work. I don't even know why it is needed, never experienced that before. I just felt that was weird.

These channels are optional again, some of our customers do the setup themselves. Our customers only choose zoom if they have a complex setup and they require us to walk them through the setup. Siva is helpful for me in setting the app as per we need, and this app allows us to have product based setup and combine shipping methods for our store. Highly recommend to all!!!
This company is amazing with how quickly they help to support your company. They jump on calls quickly or chat support quickly. It's 12 am Los Angeles Time and they were there to help. Keep it up. Easy to use software and does the job well so far.

Very good support - I was pretty lost at times setting this App up and Vinduja was very patient and helpful. She helped me set up a very complex shipping situation. Have not put the app into use yet - but so far impressed.

So far, it looks great! I'm at the beginning of the process, but Jennier in customer support was fantastic and answered all my questions. I was able to hop on a Zoom call within an hour of when I booked it. Great customer service.
