I have been using this app for different stores as well, and it's perfect. Their team is very helpful. Spoke to Varathraj and was very helpful with creating scenarios according to our requirements.
I could have the name wrong, but our account was initially setup by Jinani, she was BEYOND helpful and got all of our numerous requests setup and working as we wanted. After testing for a week, we found some things that didn't work as expected/planned (not Jinani's fault). So we reached out via chat, was answered in minutes, and resolved in minutes by Deepan. So far, nothing but great things to say about the app & service...

Excellent Support from Durkesh – Highly Recommended
I had a great experience with Durkesh from the ShipX (ShopX) App Support team. He is very knowledgeable and has a strong understanding of restricted areas and different shipping rate rules.
He explained everything clearly and helped configure the app exactly according to our requirements. The support was excellent, and I really appreciated that the team allows Zoom meeting calls, which made solving issues much faster and easier.
The app itself is very good, and with Durkesh’s help, we successfully resolved all our issues. Now our shipping rates are working perfectly and coming correctly from the ShipX app.

Awesome app, Deepan was extremely helpful in getting it set up!!!
So far so good, I have been using the app to set up our shipping rates and it is working as desired. There is definitely a bit of a learning curve, and I had some questions but I was able to get support from Vignesh and he helped me out right away.
So far it seems like a good app, many settings and possibilities for live carriers, although DHL E-commerce is not available, but we managed to add those rates manually.
Very useful app for different shipping scenarios. Thanks to Jennifer from support, she kindly helped me understand what strategy fits best for my shipping needs.
Deepan was a fantastic help - he immediately jumped on a Zoom call and helped with a small configuration to get our shipping rules working perfectly! ShipX is very easy to use and configure and meets our shipping calculation needs. I highly recommend ShipX and Deepan!
Great shipping app, does exactly what we want it to and is pretty easy to understand. We had a small problem, I sent an email which was replied to immediately by Jenifer and we had the issue sorted within a few minutes. There was no problem with the app, the problem was me not reading the instructions.
