Siva and team have been a great help with getting this app up and running for our store. The app seems to handle complicated scenarios/rules. Siva has responded quickly to my emails and is also available to talk to on zoom. Thank you Siva and team :)
Smart and useful App with a great customer support. But also very confusing and requires a lot of time to understand, perhaps due to imperfect language. Also needs a lot of improvment with UI and UX which is pretty unpleasant. Price performance ratio is amazing tho. Update 2022: Fantastic, useful and efficient app. Customer service from Siva is excellent.
This app works like magic, it prevents Shopify from charging your customers double shipping due to multiple vendor/fulfillment locations. Let me just say this, this app and the people behind it should be an example of what great customer service is and most importantly would like to say a big THANK YOU to Raj Kumar who worked with us patiently and diligently to help us install the app and set our shipping rates correctly.
