Recharge is a great app and has been getting better lately too. The API lets us do a lot more flexible things than we used to be able to. The customer service is also very responsive...we've needed to ask for help on a few occasions and they always respond promptly help us get what we need.
The team at Recharge are amazing!!! Very attentive and quick to respond to any query. Very happy I chose them for such a critical part of my business.

We've been using this app for a while now, back in it was the only option available. We've used a number of recurring billing apps over the years, and this is definitely one of the better ones.
But more important than pure functionality is the customer support. There was a potentially critical issue that occurred - a technical issue w/ Shopify as a platform - and made it clear to the folks at ReCharge the issue was important and we needed help. Boy was I surprised when I received a call w/in an hour of sending the request - that's what I call service!
Awesome, we use it for our monthly product subscriptions.

ReCharge was recommended to me by our Shopify Expert designer Sanjay Ghataode at Seed CMS. I have been very pleased with the app as well as the customer service from Rob Barr. Very responsive to emails and attentive to questions coming from a non-tech operator like myself. We are very optimistic about building our subscription business over the next 6-12 months. The app will allow for custom intervals which some of my customers have requested.

Yes, there are other apps out there like this one, but the support is what counts. The ReCharge team talked me through the setup process and installed this addon free of charge. They even helped me migrate from an existing app I had installed that didn't do what we needed. Thanks for going above and beyond our expectations!
