After changing payment processors in Shopify, chaos ensued with several of our app integrations. ReCharge was one of the effected apps. Following up with support was meaningful and we were able to work out the issues - we are now up and running. ReCharge's support was very quick to respond to our needs. Needless to say we are satisfied customers.

Things are running smoothly for my recurring order business with ReCharge. Happy with the customer service/response time, however having phone support would be awesome, especially for us tech-challenged types :-)
We've been using Recharge since we switched to Shopify and so far, everything is turning out well for us. In instances you have questions, need things to get done or have issues that need resolution, you can always count on their Support Team as they are very efficient and eager to assist you.
