Recharge is a fantastic app for subscriptions on Shopify. The account area can be customised with your brand colours and fonts, and it's super easy to use front and back end. Marija, one of the customer help team, has been great though our whole setup and migration process (we had to migrate hundreds of subscribers from another system). There was continuous support and the developers get back to you within a few hours maximum. Would recommend to anyone wanting to do subscriptions on Shopify.

Edit: Update! I ran into some issues when trying to change my theme. I contacted ReCharge and Nikola took care of everything so quickly. This company has been amazing at keeping my subscription program going!

To say I'm a novice at this whole Shopify thing is an understatement. And to think I wanted to offer subscription service was even more absurd! But I dove in head first and I've been doing ok till I got to implementing this app. I struggled for over a week trying to make it work and I was just missing something along the way. I finally messaged their support and a response was quickly received from Evangeline. She saw exactly what I was missing, fixed it for me and pointed me in the right direction on somethings I still had to do before my subscription would work. Every time I've messaged Evangeline I receive such a kind and helpful response. I'm so thankful for their help and understanding. GREAT APP, AMAZING CUSTOMER SUPPORT (especially from Evangeline)

We are very pleased with the functionality of the ReCharge app. We've modified it for our monthly and annual membership needs and are also using it to accept one-time and recurring donations. We've used the app to create unique subscription/membership products; the ability to easily change verbiage on the back-end makes this app a very powerful tool for our unique business. We needed a few customizations done and ReCharge support was very quick to respond with solutions. We're working with other Shopify apps that are very basic and difficult to use - ReCharge has obviously spent a lot of time on not just features but also the user-experience, which we greatly appreciate!

Excellent app with a lot of features. ReCharge support have been great (especially Diego, Gustavo and Vuk - thanks guys!) at helping with some tricky questions. Support were always helpful and replied quickly, going above and beyond more than once to ensure that we had everything working properly. Highly recommended..
The ReCharge app is fantastic and their support is excellent. We had an issue with how our subscription products were initially set up, and their customer support & dev team looked into it & fixed the problem! Works perfectly now!
