We are a start up and the knowledge and experience ReCharge has given us is indispensable. The idea that we can customize our workflow around subscription with ReCharge giving us advice and assistance helped us scale our business. We are now scaling our business and giving our customer more options on a monthly basis. Highly recommend them!
Love this app. We were using a different subscription app but this one is a game changer
We migrated over 1000 customers from another subscription platform to ReCharge - along with international shipping issues, gift cards, non-stripe customers, one-time store items, and every other complicating factor one might expect. This was not going to be an easy feat in any case, but the migration team and support folks at ReCharge made it relatively painless and they were very patient with all of our questions and sticking points during the migration process. The result is great. We now have a fully-functioning Shopify solution and all of the benefits that entails. Our biggest "complaint" with ReCharge is that there is so much flexibility and functionality that sometimes we didn't even realize that we could customize something to exactly what we wanted until the support team pointed out an option to do so. This app is full of smart design and they offer excellent support in our experience. If you are starting a recurring business model, ReCharge is a no-brainer, just do it. If you are migrating like we did, expect that it isn't the simplest thing in the world (how could it be?) but that ReCharge will help you make it happen. Thank you ReCharge!
We love recharge. Their software with shopify makes our business work. We tried other solutions with no luck. Additionally, their support is second to none! I love dealing with them and everything always seems so easy. Thanks for this wonderful piece of software.

this app is AMAZING for my shop. i sell on-hand products and wanted to integrate a subscription service so people could check out with the on hand product AND the subscription service together, ReCharge does that perfectly! Gustavo and his team were SUPER helpful because I also needed to integrate the subscription dashboard into my store dashboard so customers did not have to sign into two different services to manage their purchases, they helped me set that up in less than 24 hours. AMAZING!
