So far I love Tidio. as of now I am rating them at 4 stars. but those are not based on performance. I am rating a 4 stars because I just got it and I'm still trying to figure everything out.

At first, the bot was not very intelligent, but after training, it works better.

User friendly, Lyro is helpful. The phone app could be better, a tad difficult to navigate compared to desktop, but overall very helpful for our business!
