Good app and custom support for creating flows in WhatsApp!
1-1 customer service as never seen before.
I've never experienced such a customized one-to-one customer service like this.
Also, they are developing an app with great potential.
I would recommend for stores that need to automatize their sales machine through WhatsApp.
It might be better to add it to other channels such as Telegram and iMessage. The mobile app experience needs to be improved.

I was very disappointed as priced showed of $4.99/mo it's not the full price, but you have to add montly subscription (at least $34.99/mo) plus messages charges, for a startup is really too much!!
Hidden Charges, plans started at $34.99, I waste my time and deleted my whatsapp business for not reson.
