Five Stars—Incredible App and Outstanding Support!

I can’t say enough good things about AI Trillion! The app has so many features that really bring our Shopify store to life, from the affiliate program and site reviews to the rewards program and custom pop-ups; everything works seamlessly and looks great on the site.

What really sets AI Trillion apart, though, is the amazing tech support. I worked with Sachin, who went above and beyond to walk me through every option and setting. He was patient and knowledgeable and made the entire process so much easier than I expected.

The backend setup was incredibly intuitive, much smoother and more organized than other apps I’ve tried. Everything connected perfectly, and the functionality has been flawless so far.

There are a lot of apps out there that make big promises, but AI Trillion actually delivers. Highly recommend it to anyone serious about building customer loyalty, engagement, and automation that really works.

A FREE app is a "FREE app", else you mention that you have to pay to make use of the full set of features! So that should be the first red flag - if you spend some time going through all the reviews, you'll discover that payments will be required after some usage.

The show-stopper for me was getting contacted by someone from support team on my personal Whatsapp from an unidentified Whatsapp number within seconds after installing the app, offering to provide support and assistance! It just felt wrong and I uninstalled the app after a couple of minutes.

The app might have a ton of features, but something just didn't feel right for me personally.

AiTrillion has honestly made running my store so much easier. I used to juggle different apps for emails, reviews, loyalty — now it’s all in one place and it actually works really well together.
What I love most is the support team. They’re super friendly and quick to help whenever I have questions or get stuck. It really feels like they care and want you to succeed.

I installed this app and had a few questions about usage. Hritik and customer service team were very helpful and scheduled a call incredibly quickly, solved my queries and were incredibly knowledgeable. Would highly recommend customer service. The app itself is highly intuitive with each individual app working together. For us this eliminated the need for workarounds and other workflow patch ups compared to other individual apps. 10/10

AiTrillion is a wonderful platform with many different tools you need to run your business. We love that so many assets are located in one place and make it easy for us to accomplish multiple business goals under one platform such as E-mail & SMS marketing and promotional web design tools.

We originally installed AiT for the expansive Loyalty Program which has been a great tool to us, but there are many other features within this App that will benefit your business.

Plus, the customer support is very responsive and will lead you through any questions or set-up guides you need.

I tried 5 other loyalty programs before I chose this one. This is what the other 5 should have been like. First, setup is super easy and it looks great on my site out of the box. Second, the AITrillion app has so many features at a great price that using it is a no-brainer. Third, the customer support is the best I've ever experienced.
